Okay, Kent, but where's the review? Tasting notes? I want to see beer notes and beef notes. That slab of meat looks delicious/ like a cross between Fergie and Jesus. On a serious note, though, I had a lot of fun doing this. We should do something similar in 2012 or 2013. What say you? -Nate
